A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDEENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AND NEWPORTER HOTEL CORPORATION
IN CONNECTION WITH NEWPORTER INN ADDITIONS, USE
PERMIT NO. 1355
GJHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an amendment to an agreement between
the City of Newport Beach and Newporter Hotel Corporation, which
amendment would extend the time for completion of Phase I of
the construction of public improvements, as set forth in the
original Agreement dated September 18, 1968, in connection with
the Newporter Inn Additions, Use Permit No. 1355; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement and found them to be
fair and equitable, and in the mutual interests of the parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Amendment to
Agreement above described is approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
