A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6636
AND DISSOLVING THE AIR TRAFFIC ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6636, adopted on
August 27, 1967, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
established an Air Traffic Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Air Traffic Advisory Committee has
recommended to the City Council that it be dissolved; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has determined that there
is -no longer a need for the continued existence of the Air I
Traffic Advisory Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Newport Beach
City Council that Resolution No. 6636 be and is repealed, and
that the Air Traffic Advisory Committee be dissolved.
ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1970.
