A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF THE
HARBOR VIEW COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR
WALKWAY ACCESS PURPOSES TO PERFORM BUILDING
MAINTENANCE IN CONNECTION WITH BUFFALO HILLS
PARK
WHEREAS, a grant of easement has been prepared in
favor of the Harbor View Community Association, which provides
a walkway access for the purpose of performing building
maintenance in connection with Buffalo Hills Park; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that granting said
walkway access would be desirable and in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant of
easement to the Harbor View Community Association, in connection
with building maintenance in Buffalo Hills Park, covering a
strip of land 5.25 feet to 10.67 feet wide over a portion of
Parcel IV of Parcel Maps, in the City of Newport Beach, per
Parcel Map recorded in Book 22, page 27 of Parcel Maps, Records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northeast corner of Parcel "B"
as shown on said Parcel Map; thence Southerly and Easterly
along the Easterly and Northerly line of said Parcel ^B"
the following courses: South 8° 36' 1741 West 10.67 feet;
thence South 81° 23'' 434" East 78.00 feet; thence South
8° 36' 1748 West 2.00 feet° thence North 81° 23' 43" West
2.00 feet; thence South 8� 36' 17" West 37.17 feet; thence
South 810$ 43" East 25.08 feet; thence North 8-° 361 1711
East 2.00 feet; thence Smith 81° 23' 43" East 1:,17 feet;

Office of the Orange County Recorder.
