A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON CERTAIN BUSINESS DISTRICT SIDE
STREETS IN THE CORONA DEL MAR.AREA
WHEREAS, Section 12.44.010 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides that when authorized signs are in
place giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or
park any vehicle between the hours of 8 :00 a.m. and 6 :00 p.m.
of any day for a period of time longer than two hours upon
such streets or portions thereof as the City Council shall
designate by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of
vehicles as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking
of vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.,
daily, be limited to one (1) hour in the following locations
extending from East Coast Highway to dimensions noted:
Fernleaf Avenue, both sides
Heliotrope Avenue, westerly side
Heliotrope Avenue, easterly side
Heliotrope Avenue, easterly side
Iris Avenue, westerly side
Jasmine Avenue, westerly side
Jasmine Avenue, westerly side
Larkspur,Avenue, westerly side
Larkspur Avenue, easterly side
Marguerite Avenue, easterly side
Marigold Avenue, westerly side
Marigold Avenue, easterly side
4 Narcissus Avenue, both sides

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Traffic Engineer
is authorized and directed to appropriately sign or mark said
areas to indicate such parking limitation.
