A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E)MCUTION.OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AND SHUIRMAN- SIMPSON,.CONSULTING CIVIL ENGINEERS,
IN.CONNECTION WITH THE IMPROVEMENT.OF 32ND
STREET AND SEASHORE DRIVE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the
City of Newport Beach and Shuirman- Simpson, Consulting Civil
Engineers, for engineering services in connection with the
widening of 32nd Street from Newport Boulevard to Balboa
Boulevard and for the 32nd Street and Seashore Drive extensions
westerly of Balboa Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
for the engineering services above described is approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1970.
