RESOLUTION NO. 7 33 9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN INDEMNITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AND THE IRVINE COMPANY.IN
CONNECTION WITH TRACT 6927 STORM DRAIN SYSTEM
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain indemnity agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and The Irvine Company in
connection with the reconstruction of the existing storm drain
system in Tract 6927; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said indemnity agreement and found them to
be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said indemnity
agreement above described is approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1970.
