A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7228
WHICH DESIGNATED KEY PERSONNEL POSITIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7226, which establishes
personnel policies for City employees, authorizes the City
Council on recommendation of the City Manager to designate key
personnel positions by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7228 contains the current
list of positions designated as key personnel; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the
list of key personnel positions be revised and the City Council
has reviewed said recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
amendments to the list of positions designated as key personnel,
as set forth in Resolution No. 7228 as Exhibit "A ", are hereby
adopted:
(a) DELETE the following titles:
Assistant Building Director
Assistant Planner
Assistant Planning Director
Building Director
Graphics Designer
Planning Director
Senior Planner
(b) ADD the following titles:
Assistant Community Development Director
Building Administration Supervisor
Building Inspection Supervisor
City Plan Administrator
Community Development Director
Zoning Administrator
ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1971.
