RESOLUTION NO. 7472
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING KEY PERSONNEL
POSITIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7226, which establishes personnel
policies for City employees, authorizes the City Council on recommendation
of the City Manager to designate key personnel positions by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7369 contains the current list of
positions designated as key personnel; and
WHEREAS, the City.Manager.has recommended that the list of
key personnel positions be revised and the City Council has reviewed said
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 10, 1971,
Resolution No. 7369 is rescinded and that, pursuant to Resolution No. 7226
establishing personnel policies for City employees as it now exists, or any
succeeding resolutions, the positions listed on the document attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" are hereby established as key personnel positions.
ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1971.
