A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR OCEAN BOULEVARD AT HELIOTROPE AVENUE

WHEREAS,

heretofore adopted, bids were received on
tember, 1971, and publicly opened and declared;
WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is E. L. White Co., of Orange;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the bid of E. L. White Co. for
the work in the amount of $11,000.00 be accepted, and that the
contract for the described work be awarded to said bidder;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in
accordance with the specifications, bid and award on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed
to furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 1971.
