A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
IV BEACH AND WILLIAM K. STINE AND ANITA C. STINE
GUARANTEEING RESERVATION OF PRIVATE EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the
City of Newport Beach and William K. Stine and Anita C. Stine
guaranteeing the reservation of private easements over two
parcels of property in the City of Newport Beach at such time as
ownership of the two parcels now held in common is separated;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said agreement for the reservation
of easements as above described is approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to cause said agreement to be recorded in the Office of the
Orange County Recorder.
