A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
CITY MANAGER, CITY ATTORNEY AND CITY CLERK
• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has the power and duty to establish the salary of the City
Manager, City Attorney, and the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7476 established the salary of
the City Manager beginning August 2, 1971; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7546 established the salary of
the City Attorney beginning October 13, 1971; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 7474 established the salary of
the City Clerk beginning July 1, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 8,
1972, Resolutions Nos.
