A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CHANGING THE NAME
OF BLACK FIN COURT IN TRACT NO, 7852 TO
ROBON COURT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Newport Beach has recommended to the City Council the changing
of the name of a certain street in Tract No. 7852 in the City
of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, Section 34091.1 of the Government Code of
the State of California authorizes the legislative body to
change the name of any city street by adoption of a resolution;
and
WHEREAS, after consideration of said recommendation
it appears that it would be in the interest of the City and
convenient to the public to change the name of Black Fin Court
in Tract No. 7852 to Robon Court, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the name Black Fin Court in
Tract No. 7852, as shown on the drawing designated "Street Name
Change 'Black Fin Court' to ' Robon Court'" a copy of which is
attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference
incorporated herein and made a part hereof, be changed to Robon
Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Orange in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 34092 of the Government Code.
