A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH AND SHUIRMAN- SIMPSON, CONSULTING
• CIVIL ENGINEERS, FOR THE PRELIMINARY
DESIGN OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON A POR-
TION OF BAYSIDE DRIVE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain engineering
services agreement between the City of Newport Beach and
Shuirman- Simpson, Consulting Civil Engineers for the prelimi-
nary design of street, storm drain, sewer and water main im-
provements on Bayside Drive between Bayside Place and
Marguerite; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said engineering services agreement and
found them to be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
for the engineering services above described is approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
