Amendment of the Balboa Village Advisory Committee Membership July 09, 2013 Page 2 FUNDING REQUIREMENTS: There is no fiscal impact related to this item DISCUSSION: The BVAC has met monthly since December 2012 and has made significant progress in creating the projects and program parameters to implement the Balboa Village Master Plan. Maintaining the current membership is important for continuity. Equally important is ensuring representation of the business community. With the elimination of the BID, it is necessary to amend the membership of the BVAC, to replace the BID Board member with a board member of the newly formed BVMA. It is assumed that Ralph Rodheim will continue to fulfill this role.
