On behalf of Sonnenblick Development LLC,
I would like to thank the City Council and the
City staff for working with us on your City Hall
redevelopment project. We believe this is one of
the most exciting real estate /hotel projects in all
of Southern California.
While we are saddened by the direction of this
RFP, we are pleased to let you know that we
believe you are in very good hands with our
friends at RD Olson Construction. Bob is a very
capable builder, and I know that he will provide
the City with a wonderful first class project.

spending time with us, and we look forward to
working with you in the future on other projects
in your fine City.
