ABSTRACT
An annual review of the Development Agreement for Pacific View Memorial Park,
pursuant to Section 15.45.080 of the Municipal Code and Section 65865.1 of the
California Government Code.
RECOMMENDATION
Continue the item to April 9, 2013.
DISCUSSION
Notice of the March 26, 2013, hearing was not properly given and a corrected notice will
be provided in accordance with applicable law.
