A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 7912 TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE CHARTER
REVISION CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO
THE CHARTER REVIEW CITIZENS ADVISORY COM-
MITTEE
WHEREAS, on January 22, 1973 the City Council
adopted Resolution No. 7912, thereby establishing the ad
hoc Charter Revision Citizens Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the name
Charter Review Citizens Advisory Committee more _a'cCur.ately
describes the activities of said committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that Resolution No. 7912 is
hereby amended, changing the name of the Charter Revision
Citizens Advisory Committee to Charter Review Citizens Ad-
visory Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the composition and
duties of said committee remain as described in Resolution
No. 7912.
