A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDMENT TO PAYING AGENCY AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO ON NOVEMBER 12, 1957, BETWEEN
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND THE BANK OF
AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS ASSOCIATION
FOR INCREASE IN SERVICE CHARGE
• WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an amendment to Paying Agency
Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and the Bank of
America National Trust & Savings Association for increase in
service charge; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said amendment and found them to be fair and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amendment
to Paying Agency Agreement for the services above described
is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of April , 19 73 .
