A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A RENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND ALAN FAINBERG
PROPERTIES COVERING RENTAL OF SECOND FLOOR
OF BUILDING LOCATED AT 414 32ND STREET
(POLICE ANNEX)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain rental agreement between
the City of Newport Beach and Alan Fainberg Properties for the
rental of the second floor of the building located at 414
32nd Street (Police Annex); and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair
and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach.
