RESOLUTION NO. 8 ®5 E
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT #1468 BETWEEN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND MEANS & ULRICH TO
EXTEND SAID CONTRACT UNTIL OCTOBER 31, 1973
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain amendment to Contract
#1468 between the City of Newport Beach and Means & Ulrich,
which amendment would extend said contract until October 31,
1973; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said amendment and found them to be fair
and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amendment
to Contract #1468 above described is approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 9th day of July , 1973.
