A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CONGRATULATING THE
UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA AT IRVINE ON
THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNIVERSITY'S
FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, on October 7, 1975, the University of
California at Irvine will celebrate their 10th Anniversary
of the University's foundation; and
WHEREAS, the University of California at Irvine has
made significant cultural and educational contributions to our
community over the past ten years; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is proud to be a
part of the University of California at Irvine's growth and
progress over this period of time and is looking forward to the
continued success of this institution for many more years in the
future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of Newport Beach wishes to offer its warmest congratulations tc
the University of California at Irvine on the 10th Anniversary
of the University's foundation.
