A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE
A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR SEWER LINE EASEMENT
• IN THE "AIRPORT CENTER" DEVELOPMENT SUBMITTED
BY THE IRVINE COMPANY (RESUB. NO. 477)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Quitclaim Deed for an existing
sewer line easement in the "Airport Center" Development submitted
by the Irvine Company located Northeasterly of Birch Street
between Von Karman Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Quit-
claim Deed and finds it to be fair and equitable and in the best
interests of the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Quitclaim Deed above
described is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
