RESOLUTION NO. 8800
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 519 (NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF
NORTH BRISTOL STREET AND DOVE STREET, NEWPORT
PLACE) AND ACCEPTING THE OFFERS OF DEDICATION
IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resub-
division No. 519 (northwesterly corner of North Bristol Street
and Dove Street, Newport Place); and
WHEREAS, Edker and Blanche Pope have offered for
dedication to the City an easement for public utility and
sidewalk purposes along North Bristol Street and certain
vehicular access rights to North Bristol Street, except for
one common driveway approach centered on the property line
between Parcels 1 and 2, as shown on said Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offers of dedication, and finds that the approval
of said Parcel Map and the acceptance of said offers of
dedication to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the above- described offers of dedication are hereby accepted,
and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate
on said map consistent herewith and approving the signature
omissions, Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
