A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL
MAP AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION
IN CONNECTION WITH RESUBDIVISION NO. 505
• (BALBOA BOULEVARD AND 6TH STREET)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
•
Council of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resub-
division No. 505 (northeasterly corner of 6th Street and
west Balboa Boulevard); and
WHEREAS, Dave Manookian and Clinton Moses have
offered for dedication to the City an easement for street
purposes of a ten foot radius corner cutoff at Balboa
Boulevard and 6th Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of said Parcel Map and the acceptance of said offer of
dedication to be in the best interests of the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved .
and the above described offer of dedication is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate
on said map consistent herewith and approving the signature
omissions Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.,
ADOPTED this 26th day of July 1 1976
