A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL MAP AND
ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF THE
• VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO NORTH BRISTOL
STREET (RESUBDIVISION NO. 541)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
•
No. 541 (North Bristol Street westerly of Dove Street - Newport
Place); and
WHEREAS, L.S.W. LTD. have offered for dedication to
the City vehicular access rights to North Bristol Street in
connection with Resubdivision No. 541; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said Parcel
Map and the Offer of Dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the Offer of Dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is hereby
approved and the Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted, and
the City Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said
map consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
