RESOLUTION NO. 9093
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP
FOR RESUBDIVISION NO. 539 AND ACCEPTING THE
OFFER OF DEDICATION OF A CORNER CUTOFF AND
ALL VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO EAST BALBOA
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 539; and
WHEREAS, Properties West, Inc. has offered for
dedication the corner cutoff at East Balboa Boulevard and
Adams Street and all vehicular access rights to East Balboa
Boulevard in connection with said Resubdivision No. 539; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the Offer of Dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the Offer of Dedication
to be in the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of May 1977.
