GRANT DEED FROM
THE NORTH HALF
SEASHORE COLONY
AREA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
BEACH ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
PROPERTIES WEST, INC. FOR
)F LOTS 3 AND 14, BLOCK 5,
TRACT IN THE NEWPORT SHORES
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain corporation grant deed dated
January 1, 1977, wherein Properties West, Inc. grants to
the City of Newport Beach the following described real property
for right of way purposes in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California:
A portion of Lots 3, 4, 13 and 14 of Block
5, of the Seashore Colony Tract recorded in
Book 7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, State of California
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Corporation Grant Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Corporation Grant Deed
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
to execute and attach thereto a Certificate of Acceptance and
consent to its recording and to cause said document to be
recorded in the Orange County Recorder's Office.
ADOPTED this 13th day of June , 1977.
