A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
• RESUBDIVISION NO. 548 AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER
OF DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK AND
PUBLIC UTILITIES AND VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS
TO BRISTOL STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, there has beeen presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 548; and
WHEREAS, the Irvine Industrial Complex has offered
for dedication to the City an easement for sidewalk and public
utilities and vehicular access rights to Bristol Street North,
except for one approved opening, in connection with Resubdivision
No. 548; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
