RESOLUTION NO. 9177
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL MAP
OF EAST SIDE ADDITION TO BEACON BAY
WHEREAS, Sections 66499.50 et seq. of the California
Government Code sets forth procedures for the preparation,
adoption and certification of official maps; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach, under the direction of and with the approval of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, has made an Official Map
of that portion of the City of Newport Beach known as East Side
Addition to Beacon Bay, giving to each lot thereof a separate
number and giving a name to such streets as are delineated on
the official map; and ,
and
WHEREAS, the map has been compiled from maps on file;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach has reviewed the Official Map of East Side Addition to
Beacon Bay, which was prepared by the City Engineer of the City
of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
desires to adopt the Official Map of East Side Addition to
Beacon Bay as the Official Map of East Side Addition to Beacon
Bay and certify to its adoption;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the Official Map of East
. Side Addition to Beacon Bay be and hereby is adopted by this
action of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, taken
this 22nd day of August, 1977.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Official Map of East
Side Addition to Beacon Bay shall be certified and affixed with
the official seal of the City of Newport Beach, and shall forth-
with be filed in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of August , 1977.
