A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONSENT TO SALE OF
MOBILEHOME AND TRAILER SPACE IN NEWPORT
MARINPARK (VILES, V. LOUDON, I. LOUDON, W.
LOUDON AND LAWSON)
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is a party to
that certain Lease Agreement with Fifty -eight (58) Lessees
of trailer spaces located in Newport Marinapark dated
March 23, 1976; and
WHEREAS, said Lease Agreement provides that the
Lessees shall not sell, assign, exchange or convey their
respective mobilehomes or trailer spaces without the prior
written approval of the Newport Beach City Council; and
WHEREAS, Catherine A. Viles, James V. Loudon, Irene L.
Loudon and William A. Loudon, Lessees of Mobilehome Space
No. 2 -A, wish to sell their interest in said mobilehome and
Trailer Space No. 2 -A to Louis and Sylvia Lawson; and
WHEREAS, the City Council consents to said sale and
transfer of said trailer space;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a Consent to Sale of Mobilehome
and Trailer Sapce as hereinabove provided.
