A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 557 AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER
OF DEDICATION OF A BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN
• EASEMENT AND THE VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO
JAMBOREE BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 557; and
WHEREAS, the The Koll Company has offered for dedication
to the City a bicycle and pedestrian easement and the vehicular
access rights to Jamboree Boulevard in connection with Resubdivision
No. 557; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
