A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF VEHICULAR
ACCESS RIGHTS TO JAMBOREE BOULEVARD FOR THE
• ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant of Vehicular
Access Rights to Jamboree Boulevard for the Rockwell International
Corporation in connection with the vehicular access rights
adjustment for Collins Radio Site; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the above-
mentioned Grant of Vehicular Access Rights and finds it to be
satisfactory and that it would be in the best interest of the
City to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said Grant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Grant of Vehicular Access
Rights above described is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate on said map consistent
herewith and approving the signature omissions per Section 66436
(b) (1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 9th day of January , 1978.
