A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 573, AND ACCEPTING THE
VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS TO EAST OCEAN FRONT
AS RELEASED AND RELINQUISHED
•
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 573, and vehicular access rights to East Ocean Front
as released and relinquished; and
WHEREAS, Hovik Abramin has made the offer of dedication
of the vehicular access rights to East Ocean Front; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication above described, and finds
that the approval of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of
said vehicular access rights to East Ocean Front as released
and relinquished to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach- that said Parcel Map is approved
and said vehicular access rights hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
