RESOLUTION NO. 9402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING INTERSECTIONS
AT WHICH VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO STOP AND
DIRECTING THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO ERECT
NECESSARY STOP SIGNS (ANTIGUA CIRCLE, ANTIGUA
WAY, SANTIAGO DRIVE AND TRADEWINDS LANE)
WHEREAS, Section 12.36.010 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides that whenever an ordinance or resolu-
tion designates and describes an intersection at which vehicles
are required to stop at one or more entrances thereto, the
City Traffic Engineer shall erect stop signs at those entrances
of such intersection where a stop is required and every driver
of a vehicle shall stop at such intersection; and
WHEREAS, certain intersections should be designated
as intersections where vehicles are required to stop at one or
more entrances thereto as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the following described locations
are hereby designated as intersections at which vehicles are
required to stop, and the City Traffic Engineer is hereby
directed to erect and maintain stop signs at said locations:
On Antigua Circle at Santiago Drive
Antigua Way at northerly intersection
• with Santiago Drive
Santiago Drive at northerly intersection
with Galaxy Drive
Tradewinds Lane at Santiago Drive

Santiago Drive at southerly intersection
