A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR TRAFFIC
ANALYSIS PURSUANT TO SECTION 15.40.060 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Section 15.40.060 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides that the City Council may establish a
fee to defray the expense of administering the Traffic Phasing
Ordinance of the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
fee set herein is fair, just and equitable and will defray the
cost of administering the Traffic Phasing Ordinance of the City
of Newport Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to
Section 15.40.060 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, a fee
is hereby established as follows:
One Hundred Twenty -Five Dollars. ($125.00)
to be paid upon application or five percent
(50) of the traffic consultant fee, which-
ever is greater.
ADOPTED this 24th day of July , 1978.
