RESOLUTION NO. 9743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 602 AND ACCEPTING THE DEDI-
CATION OF A CORNER CUTOFF AT 48TH STREET AND
NEPTUNE AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for
Resubdivision No. 602; and
WHEREAS, George A. Molina has made an offer of
dedication of a corner cutoff at the intersection of 48th
Street and Neptune Avenue in connection with Resubdivision
No. 602; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the
Parcel Map and the offer of dedication and finds that the
approval of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer
of dedication to be in the best interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate of said Map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omission per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
