RESOLUTION NO. 9782
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING INVESTIGATION,
APPLICATION AND OTHER FEES RELATING TO
BUSINESS LICENSES AND REGULATIONS IN CONNEC-
TION WITH TITLE 5 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE, AI4D RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9352
WHEREAS, Title 5 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
establishes business licenses and other regulations of
business and related activities conducted within the City of
Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the investigation, application and other
fees as set forth in said Title of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code are to be set by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, City Council has considered the fees
recommended by the City Manager and finds them to be fair,
equitable and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the following schedule of
fees for application, investigation
