A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR
PROCESSING REQUESTS FOR OFF - STREET PARKING
ON A SEPARATE LOT IN "'I" COMBINING DISTRICTS
PURSUANT TO SECTION 20..30.040 C(5) OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, TO BECOME
EFFECTIVE JULY 10, 1980
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1980, the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach adopted Ordinance No. 1851 which
added subsection C(5) to Section 20.30.040 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to provide that a fee be deposited
with'the City to cover administrative costs of processing
requests for off - street parking on a separate lot in "Z"
Combining Districts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the fee
recommended by the City Manager and finds it to be fair,
equitable and reasonable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach hereby establishes a
fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) as the amount to be
deposited with the City for processing requests for off -
street parking on a separate lot in "Z" Combining Districts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date for
such fee shall be July 10, 1980.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1980.
