A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CERTAIN SUBDIVISION
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AND THE IRVINE COMPANY GUARANTEEING COMPLE-
TION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ALONG JAMBOREE
ROAD, BACK BAY DRIVE, EAST COAST HIGHWAY, AND
ON -SITE IMPROVEMENTS IN PARCEL NO. 3, AND
APPROVING AN ENTRY AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
ACCESS PURPOSES ALONG THE SOUTHERLY 25 FEET OF
PARCEL NO. 3, I14 CONNECTION WITH RESUBDIVISION
NO. 616
WHEREAS, there have been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach certain
Agreements between the City of Newport Beach
Company which guarantee completion of public
along Jamboree Road, Back Bay Drive, East Co.
on -site improvements in Parcel No. 3, all in
Resubdivision No. 616; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach an Entry Agreement for
construction access purposes along the southerly 25 feet
of Parcel No. 3, in connection with Resubdivision No. 616;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said Subdivision Agreements and Entry Agreement
and finds them to be satisfactory and that it would be in the
best interest of the City to execute said Agreements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
• of the City of Newport Beach that the Subdivision Agreements
and Entry Agreement above described are approved, and the
.. Q.
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
