A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE OFFERS OF
DEDICATION BY THE IRVINE COMPANY FOR RIGHT -
OF -WAY, PEDESTRIAN, BICYCLE TRAIL, DRAINAGE
AND ACCESS PURPOSES, IN CONNECTION WITH
RESUBDIVISION NO. 616
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has made an offer of
dedication of a 36 -foot right -of -way along the southwesterly
side of Parcel No. 1 (Back Bay Drive extension); and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has made an offer of
dedication of a four -foot wide easement for pedestrian and
bicycle trail purposes along the Jamboree Road frontage; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has made an offer of
dedication of three easements for drainage and access purposes,
all in connection with Resubdivision No. 616; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the offers
of dedication and finds that the acceptance of the above-
described offers to be in the best interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said offers of dedication
above - described are accepted by the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 28th day of July , 1980.
