A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND BAYSIDE
SQUARE OFFICE BUILDING, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP,
IN CONNECTION WITH THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
REQUIRED WITH RESUBDIVISION NO. 569
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach on May 29, 1979, adopted Resolution No. 9556 which
authorized the execution of a Subdivision Agreement in connec-
tion with the public improvements required with Resubdivision
No. 569; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with
an Extension Agreement which extends the period of time within
which said public improvements are required to be completed to
May 29, 1981, with all other terms and conditions to remain in
full force and effect; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said Extension Agreement and finds them to be
satisfactory and that it would be in the best interest of the
City to execute said Extension Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Extension Agreement above
described is approved, and the Mayon- and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 1980.
