A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING TH13 WORK PERFORMED
UNDER ENGINEERING SERVICE AGREEMENTS WITH
HERMAN BASMACIYAN AND ASSOCIATES AND HERMAN
KIMMEL AND ASSOCIATES, INC.. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF THE TRANSPORTATION MODEL, AND AUTHORIZING
THE FINAL PAYMENT TO EACH CONSULTANT.
WHEREAS, the City has entered into Engineering Service
Agreements with Herman Basmaciyan and Associates and Herman
Kimmel and Associates, Inc. for the development of the trans-
portation model; and
WHEREAS, said work has been completed in a manner found
to be acceptable to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to accept the transportation
model and authorize the final payment due each consultant;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the City of Newport Beach accepts
the work performed under said Engineering Service Agreements in
developing a transportation model for the City, which model is
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes
the final payment to each consultant:.
