A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 659 AND ACCEPTING THE DEDI-
CATION OF A PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT ALONG EAST
COAST HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision No.
659 (2101 and 2121 East Coast Highway); and
WHEREAS, Bank of Newport has offered for dedication to
the City a certain easement for pedestrian purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel Map
and the offer of dedication and finds that the approval of the
Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication to be in
the best interests of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved and
the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate on said Map consistent
herewith and approving the signature omission per Section
66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1980.
