RESOLUTION NO. -9937
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 661 AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER
` OF DEDICATION OF A RIGHT -OF -WAY ALONG THE
WESTERLY SIDE OF PLACENTIA, AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a parcel map for Resubdivision No. 661
(335 Placentia Avenue); and
WHEREAS, Robert A. Belzer has offered for dedication to
the City a certain right -of -way along the westerly side of Pla-
centia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the parcel map
and the offer of dedication and finds that the approval of the
parcel map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication to be in
the best interests of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said parcel map is approved and
the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate on said map consistent
herewith and approving the signature omission per 9 66436(b)(1)
of the Subdivision Map Act.
