• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN AMENDED OFF -SITE
PARKING AGREEMENT WITH CARMELO MANTO IN
CONJUNCTION WITH USE PERMIT NO. 1980 (LA
STRADA RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain amended Off -Site Parking
Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and Carmelo Manto in
connection with Use Permit No. 1980 for La Strada Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said amended Off -Site Parking Agreement and finds
them to be satisfactory, and that it would be in the best
interests of the City of Newport Beach to execute said amended
Off -Site Parking Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the amended Off -Site Parking
Agreement above - described is approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 22 day of February , 1982.
