A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH CHANGING THE NAME OF THE
ORANGE COUNTY AIRPORT AVIATION COMMITTEE TO
THE AVIATION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on July 10, 1979, the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach adopted Resolution No. 9597 establishing the
"Orange County Airport Aviation Committee; and
and
WHEREAS, the term of that Committee has been extended;
WHEREAS, to be more descriptive and avoid confusion a
name change for said Committee has been recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said Committee shall be named The
Aviation Committee.
Adopted this 27th day of September , 1982.
