A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH SETTING FEES FOR FACILITY USE
PURSUANT TO COUNCIL POLICY I -5 (PUBLIC
BUILDINGS)
WHEREAS, City Council Policy I -5 provides for the
public use of City Meeting Rooms and Recreational Buildings; and
WHEREAS, the fees charged for use of recreational
buildings and meeting rooms is to be established and periodically
adjusted by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach does hereby adopt the fee schedule
attached as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, which schedule is to
be effective January 1, 1983.
