A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPOINTING ROBERT H. BURNHAM
ACTING CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Attorney, MICHAEL H. MILLER will be
terminating his employment with the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, pending the selection of a new City Attorney,
the City Council wishes to appoint the Assistant City Attorney as
Acting City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that ROBERT H. BURNHAM be and hereby is
appointed Acting City Attorney, effective December 22, 1982, and
continuing until such time as a new City Attorney is appointed by
the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the acting City Attorney's
salary is established at the salary range of 73.022E.
