RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING AN APPLICATION FEE
OF $75.00 FOR AMUSEMENT DEVICE PERMITS
WHEREAS, Section 5.34.030 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code provides for the establishment, by resolution, of
fees for Amusement Device Permits; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to charge applicants the sum
of $75.00 for Amusement Device Permits, to partially defray the
costs to the City of Newport Beach for the processing of said
applications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said
recommendation and finds it to be in the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach hereby declares the sum of $75.00 as
and for the amount charged an applicant for an Amusement Device
Permit fee.
