RESOLUTION NO. 83 -28
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE MEMBERS
TO THE AVIATION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 9597 established the Aviation Committee;
WHEREAS, the Committee is comprised of, among others, repre-
sentatives from a homeowners' association and the Airport Action Association;
and,
WHEREAS, attendance at all meetings of the Committee is not always
convenient for the homeowners' and Airport Action representatives;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Newport
Beach that alternate members shall be appointed to serve in the absence of
the homeowners' and Airport Action representatives on the City's Aviation
Committee.
